Why rent a stairlift?

Renting a stairlift is an excellent choice if your mobility issues are temporary or if you're uncertain about how long you'll need the equipment. For instance, individuals recovering from surgery or experiencing temporary disabilities can benefit from renting. This option allows you to access your home safely without committing to a long-term investment.

What's the cost to rent a stairlift?

The cost of renting a stairlift depends on your staircase type, any additional features you need, and how long the stairlift will be required.

We provide a range of options, including new, reconditioned, and rental stairlifts, available for both straight and curved staircases. This selection offers flexibility and great value for our customers.

Rental stairlifts are a convenient solution for temporary needs, such as recovering from surgery or hosting guests who may require assistance. We charge a one-time installation fee, covering both setup and removal, followed by an affordable monthly rental fee in six-month payment installments.

When should you rent a stairlift?

Renting a stairlift can be a cost-effective option for short-term use, especially when compared to the expense of buying a stairlift outright.

We generally recommend renting only if you’ll need the stairlift for six months or less—particularly for curved stairlifts, where renting can save you thousands.

If the stairlift is needed for over 12 months, outright purchase is usually more economical. However, if you find that you need the rental long-term, we offer a buy-out option, allowing you to purchase the stairlift you’re already renting.
