When booking a survey arranged at the earliest convenience of the potential user we send our highly experienced engineer to assess your needs and the compatibility of the staircase for the fitting of a stairlift. We find it’s most effective sending the engineer who will be installing the stairlift so they can get to know the user and understand what the user needs from Think stairlifts and to allow the user to be familiarized with the engineer who could be installing their stairlift. 
 
This service is free with no obligations to execute the quote provided.

Thinks 12 months warranty + optional extended warranties  

Our warranty as standard starts the moment the stairlift has been installed and the customer has signed their invoice. - The 12 months warranty covers the user for any repairs, parts and labour time for 12 months. 
 
Extended warranties are available at the cost of £200 per year after your initial 12 month, this includes your annual stairlift service. 
This is an optional service

Think buys back your stairlifts! 

We offer a stairlift buy back scheme once you no longer require the use of it. This rate is at 10% of the initial cost paid. 
 
We make customers aware of this scheme at the survey and it is stated on your quotation sheet.

All of our engineers will always wear shoe covers and the correct PPE to ensure the stairlift is installed safely in your home with minimal disruption

If your query requires maintenance attention of the stairlift and we cant help get the lift running over the phone - as part of your 12 month warranty with us we are contracted to attend the property within 24 hours of the initial inquiry
