Our Standard Warranty:
Any Stairlift purchased from us comes with a 12 months warranty. This covers the user for parts required, labour and 24 hour response service.
We also offer 18 months warranty for any batteries installed on our stairlifts or any batteries we fit on your pre installed stairlift from a different company.

Lifts from think stairlifts are thouroughly tested to make sure they are at peak performance before installed in your home.
All Stairlifts are professionally installed by our skilled engineers - Our engineers will always wear shoe covers and the correct ppe alongside their ID badge.
No contracts:
You are not contracted to take out any extra services from us if you don't want to.
We can only recommend services to best care for your stairlift but you make the final choice.
If you choose not to take out an extended warranty after your initial 12 months we do offer a “one off” service which is £85 for straight or curved stairlifts.
Annually servicing your stairlift increases the lifespan of your lift.
Please note the "one off service" does not cover parts or batteries if required.

Thinks Intensive Reconditioning Process
Our talented stairlift engineers carry out diligent preparations for reconditioning stairlifts in our fully equipped HQ.
Every stairlift we purchase undertakes a rigorous reconditioning process before they are installed in your home.
All major parts such as: over speed governors, batteries, Printed circuit board, motors and motor brushes are fully reconditioned or replaced with brand new genuine parts.
We also replace seat pads,seat arm pads, Toggles, carriage covers, safety edges and other cosmetic components to ensure all our stairlifts are in the best condition possible.
As a standard protocol of our recon process is to service the stairlift no matter how recently the previous occupier had it done.
We want to ensure the stairlift meets our high working standards.
Before the stairlift makes it to our final quality check, we repeatedly test all of the lifts components ensuring they are working as they should.
Final Tests
Parts tested include arm controls (toggles) , remote controls, and the seat-swivelling mechanisms also a full continuity check on all wiring looms - To test all safety elements including all sensors, electrical braking systems, safety seat belts and final limits. We use only High quality tools to ensure all of our work is carried out efficiently.
To test the ride quality we use different weights on the stairlift ensuring the lifts performance stays as it should in different scenarios.
We are highly confident in the parts we use that we also give 18 month warranty on our stairlift batteries.
